e-Shram Card Registration for Madhepura Workers

e-Shram is a Government of India initiative to build a national database of unorganised-sector workers — including daily wage laborers, farm workers, construction workers, and small vendors, common occupations across Madhepura district — and connect them to social security benefits.

Eligibility

Any unorganised-sector worker aged 16-59 with a valid Aadhaar-linked mobile number can register. There is no registration deadline, and the process is free.

How to Register

  1. Visit the official portal: register.eshram.gov.in.
  2. Click "Register on eShram" under the "One Stop Solution" section.
  3. Enter your Aadhaar-linked mobile number and the captcha code, then confirm whether you're an active EPFO/ESIC member.
  4. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number to complete registration.

Workers without smartphone access can register for free at their nearest Common Service Centre (CSC) in Madhepura.

Benefits

Registered workers are eligible for accidental insurance coverage of up to ₹2,00,000, and a monthly pension of ₹3,000 after reaching age 60, along with access to other government welfare schemes as they're announced.
