PM Awas Yojana Gramin provides financial assistance for pucca house construction to eligible rural households, including across Madhepura district's blocks and panchayats.
Assistance Amount
₹1.2 lakh for households in plains areas (which covers all of Madhepura district) and ₹1.3 lakh for hilly/difficult terrain.
Eligibility
Households that are houseless, or living in a kutcha house with kutcha walls and roof (0-2 rooms), as identified in the SECC-2011 database and verified through the Awaas+ survey by the gram sabha. Priority is given to SC/ST households, minorities, widows, persons with disabilities, and families of martyred defence/paramilitary personnel.

PMAY-G doesn't have an open public application form — selection is based on SECC-2011 data and the Awaas+ survey. If you believe you're eligible but not listed, contact your Gram Panchayat or the Block Development Officer in your block within Madhepura district.
